2.Acceptance of the Conditions
All orders accepted by OKERDA are subject to the general sale conditions herein set forth, which are understood and accepted by the Purchaser when passing the order and/or upon receipt of OKERDA invoices. Other conditions as well as any verbal agreement are considered valid only if specifically confirmed by OKERDA in writing.
3.Price terms:
(1). All quotations and offers made by OKERDA shall be free of obligation unless the quotation expressly states otherwise. If reference is made to any price term, the latest version of the “ INCOTERMS 2000” should be applied.
(2). All FOB prices do not include Origin Receiving Charge (O.R.C.). Different shipping companies, different ports have different policies on ORC charges. Some shipping companies do not charge ORC, some charge USD 45.-, some charge USD 105.- and some charge USD 141.- per 20’. In order to offer you our most competitive price, we do not include the ORC charge on FOB price. If your shipping company charge the ORC, we will charge you, if they don’t, then we will not charge you ORC.
4.Payment terms:
(1). 30-50% deposit by T/T, balance amount to be paid 7 days before delivery.
(2). By irrevocable L/C at sight, to be issued immediately against confirmed order.
(3). Payment by T/T, if order amount is less than USD 20,000.
5.Sample terms:
(1). Samples will be sent subject to advance payment to cover the courier charge and samples charge.
(2). You are pleased to instruct your courier company to pick up samples in our Shenzhen, China office at your expenses. For pick-up details, please advise your courier company to contact us.
(3). Delivery time 3-10 working days.
6.Other sales terms:
Label charge: To put label with label size 2x3 cm on the products, extra cost USD 0.004/PC and minimum USD 40 per design of label.
7.Claims
Eventual claims must be notified in writing within one week from receipt date, otherwise any right will be forfeited.
8. Property Rights
All supplied goods are considered as Okerda's Property until the whole amount due to OKERDA, including any other relevant cost, is paid off.
9.Place of Jurisdiction
All disputes shall be settled by the competent court at Shenzhen, to the exclusion of all other legal tribunals.
